The eighth qualifying round of the BASC Chudleys Scurry League took place at the Fenland Country Fair over the bank holiday weekend on the Sunday 27th and Monday 28th August.
The timed event saw many skilled gundogs race against the clock and retrieve dummies by competing in the various challenging scurries.
The scurries consisted of the Multi Pick up, Water Retrieve, Around the Clock, Obstacle and the Junior Obstacle
A huge congratulations goes to Rob Bunning and his dog Drake for impressively clinching 1st place overall with a 100 points tallied over the weekend, which currently sits him at 3rd on the league table with 450 points.
The next BASC Chudleys Scurry League will be held at the Frampton Country Fair at the Frampton Court Estate, Gloucestershire on the 10th September.
Leading onto the Grand Final to be hosted at the Midland Game Fair on Saturday 16th September. This event will be your last chance to gain those crucial points that could help qualify you for the final.
