Dove Valley Working Gundog Club is one of the largest clubs in the UK and has been running for over 25 years. Chudleys are very pleased to support the Field Trials and Working Tests over the coming months and our bags of feed will be awarded to the winners.
The new season of Working Tests commenced on 18th March at Bagots Park Farm, Abbots Bromley with an Open A/V Spaniel Test and a Novice A/V Spaniel Test. Despite a covering of snow, this didn’t dampen any spirits as everyone attended and performed brilliantly.

He is awarded with a bag of Chudleys Working Crunch, a Gold Acme whistle, a Trover Dog Coat, a GT Dog lead, a Countryman Fairs Whisky Tumbler, a Club Silver Salver, a Club Rosette and The Crichflight donated to the Club by Ken Baker.

At the end of the competition, both winners from the Open and Novice results, John Parr and Paul Murray, took their winning dogs out to have a head to head run off to decide to overall winner. The judges announced the overall winner was Paul Murray and Teddy Lover winning The Pat Horobin Memorial Trophy.
