One last day of scurry fun
Handlers and their dogs arrive at the Frampton Show in Gloucester for one last round of the BASC Chudleys Scurry League. The stage was set for another intense competition, as everyone involved battles it out for top positions on the leader board.
There were several scurries taking place at the event including: long retrieve, multi pick up, obstacle and junior obstacle.
The final competition begins
Anticipation was running high as handlers and their skilled sidekicks took centre stage on the scurry course. N. Wilkinson with Kiwi took home 1st place in long retrieve with an outstanding time of 27.32 seconds. It was C. Wilkinson with Zulu’s time to shine in the multi pick up scurry, finishing with a time of 27.76 seconds. N. Wilkinson was back at it, this time with Ace, finishing with top honours in the Obstacle scurry with a time of 13.16 seconds.
The final 1st place in the junior obstacle scurry went to M.Johnson and Lark closing out the day with a time of 15.61 seconds.
2018 BASC Chudleys Scurry League comes to a close.
There have been some incredible displays of skill and stamina throughout each round. Chudleys would like to congratulate all the winners and thank everyone who participated and helped put on all the competitions throughout the year.
